When Tim Hortons launched in India, we orchestrated a comprehensive promotional campaign involving various influencers who received PR packages to generate buzz. Additionally, we placed hoardings in central Mumbai and ran print ads in the Times of India to maximize visibility. The result was impressive: long queues formed outside most outlets, with people eagerly waiting to experience the popular Canadian food chain.

As an Account Manager, I supervised the execution of the campaign, ensuring that all elements (influencer outreach, PR packages, hoardings, and print ads) are delivered on time and within budget. I helped in identifying suitable influencers as per client’s vision, negotiate terms, and manage relationships to ensure effective promotion and engagement.
